Brian Johnson

Brian has over 30 years of experience in the CX and BPO industry including many years working and living in various countries across the world.  Brian spent many of his early years in the Information Technology realm.  This helped shape his appreciation for the power of technology  to improve of every aspect of CX; from the employees to the customers and the many points of friction in between.  

Brian worked for 16 years with Teleperformance, and served as the CEO for the English World Region, the company’s largest.  Brian also served as CEO of the Americas for Foundever, formerly known as Sitel.  The depth of Brian’s BPO experience coupled with his understanding of how best to leverage the advanced technology in this modern age, make him an invaluable contributor to the Ascent Team.
